It was a beautiful Wednesday in September and boy, did I had quite the adventure! Sheridan and Jay eloped at the Wood Island Lighthouse in Biddeford, Maine! They had the fabulous Julie Draper marry them and a few witnesses that consisted of the boat crew and me. Sheridan wore two adorable braids and a cute little white dress. The boat crew took us on an adventure. We set off from the coast and took the boat for about a 15 minute ride to the lighthouse. We then walked off the boat and walked about a half mile across the island down this really cool boardwalk. We set up shop and the couple was eager to say their vows, which took place right next to the open ocean. Their vows were short and sweet and we were all so excited for them. They really did get the perfect day for it. Our original date turned out to be a big storm and we had to reschedule. After the ceremony, we got a tour of the lighthouse and checked out the island. We climbed to the top of the lighthouse for some really cool views and pics. This elopement adventure was something that was so special to be able to document! Congrats to these two! I wish them so much love and luck in life.
